Our Nexus Of Sorrows is an artistic exploration of developmental trauma and its effects on our lives. Through a series of poetry books, Scott Free uncovers feelings and thoughts that ring true for many childhood trauma survivors.

This final volume in the series is called Dealing With Me. It explores the difficult work needed for complex trauma survivors to relearn how to think and act. The brain is changed with every experience and during complex developmental trauma, the individual learns coping mechanisms based on a distorted reality. Unlearning this at a biological level requires the continual and persistent reinforcement of balanced behaviour.
